Abstract

The exponential growth of biomedical data requires large storage databases and computing resources. Most of the bioinformatics tools as image analysis, data mining, protein folding, and gene sequencing require high computing resources. However, the need for computing capacity varies in different stages of computation. In this paper we present a new Microarray Data Analysis Tool which requires both computing and storage resources. As an appropriate solution we propose a design that can be deployed in a Cloud and offered as SaaS
